Cadiz publishes investor presentation outlining Mojave Groundwater Bank water supply, storage and pipeline projects

The project is split into a Northern Pipeline with estimated $400 million capex, backed by contracts for 21,275 acre-feet per year.

The Southern Pipeline is estimated at $1.1 billion capex, supported by a 10,000 acre-feet per year term sheet signed in July.

The presentation modeled $5.5 billion of 20-year gross cashflows, including $3 billion from conveyance and $2.5 billion from storage.

Cadiz outlined the expected buildout of the Mojave Groundwater Bank, a groundwater supply, conveyance and storage platform targeting Southwest water deficits.

The plan targets exports of up to 75,000 acre-feet per year, supported by 1 million acre-feet of permitted storage capacity.
