Third-quarter sales were $202.9 million, up 30% year over year and above the $190.65 million consensus estimate. Net income was $16 million, gross margin was 43.4% and adjusted EBITDA margin was 20.2%.
Cadre raised its 2026 net sales guidance to $756 million-$769 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $140 million-$144 million. It also announced a $100 million share buyback and said it targets further operating-margin expansion through operating model and AI initiatives.
The company attributed sales growth to current-year acquisitions, double-digit organic growth and increased demand for explosive ordnance disposal products. Higher gross margin was mainly due to favorable pricing, partially offset by unfavorable operating leverage.
