Q2 results and margin expansion
- Cadre posts Q2 net sales of $207.1 million, up 32% year over year; GAAP net income slips to $11.4 million, or $0.26 a share.
- GAAP gross margin widens 1.2 percentage points to 42.1%; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rises 56% to $42 million, lifting margin 3.1 percentage points to 20.3%.
- Backlog climbs to a record $368 million; cash and cash equivalents fall to $54 million as total debt increases to $374.3 million.
