Q2 loss narrows as expenses decline
Cadrenal Therapeutics posted a second-quarter net loss of $3.32 million, narrowing from $3.67 million a year earlier.
Operating loss narrowed to $3.34 million as total operating expenses fell to $3.34 million from $3.73 million.
Research and development spending dropped to $705,151 from $1.08 million, while general and administrative expense edged down to $2.63 million from $2.66 million.
Partnering process launched for pipeline assets
Cadrenal launched a structured partnering process for CAD-1005, frunexian and tecarfarin following Phase 2 CAD-1005 data showing more than a 25% thrombotic-event reduction.
