CAE adds RBC AI chief Bruce Ross to board after shareholder vote

CAE added Bruce Ross to its board following the 2026 annual shareholder meeting director election, with 99.62% support.

Ross is Royal Bank of Canada’s group head of artificial intelligence, serving on the bank’s group executive. He previously led RBC’s technology and operations group, and has held senior roles at IBM, including president of IBM Canada.
