CAE has named Carter Copeland as President, Flightscape, and Andrew Arnovitz as Chief Strategy Officer to accelerate its transformation and capture new defence and civil aviation training opportunities. These moves aim to sharpen growth focus, align business units and deploy capital with greater discipline.

Carter Copeland joins Flightscape after serving on CAE’s Executive Management Committee where he led enterprise strategic initiatives. His prior roles include co-founding Melius Research and serving as a top-ranked aerospace analyst at Barclays and Lehman Brothers, equipping him to guide Flightscape’s strategic direction and ensure operational continuity.

Andrew Arnovitz, who has represented CAE to global investors for over 20 years, will expand his responsibilities to lead long-term planning and enterprise strategy. His deep credibility with capital markets and understanding of CAE’s portfolio and market dynamics will underpin future growth and capital allocation decisions.
