Caesarstone publishes investor presentation on shift to asset-light premium surfaces model

Restructuring actions were described as substantially complete, with expected annualized savings above USD 100 million versus 2023 expenses.
The company also said its portfolio is fully crystalline silica-free, with a full zero crystalline silica collection available starting Q2 2025.

Caesarstone outlined a shift to an asset-light model, moving quartz output to external partners to cut costs and increase flexibility.
The company said its strategy centers on expanding porcelain in the U.S. and Canada, re-engineering the Australia collection, expanding in EMEA, and establishing a direct presence in Germany.
