Cal-Maine Foods announces annual shareholder meeting

Cal-Maine Foods will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Ridgeland, Mississippi on Oct. 2, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect three Class II directors for terms running through the 2029 annual meeting.
An advisory vote on executive compensation is also scheduled.
Investors will be asked to ratify Frost, PLLC as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027.
