Calidi Biotherapeutics publishes presentation on CLD-401 tumor regression in mouse models
CLDI•Calidi Biotherapeutics published a presentation reporting that a single dose of CLD-401 induced tumor regression and complete responses in mouse breast and bladder cancer models. It also reported minimal systemic exposure and no detectable payload production in five tested human primary cell types.
1. Preclinical findings
The presentation reported therapeutic activity in bladder cancer models with both intravenous and intratumoral administration. Calidi said tumor-targeted production of the IL-15 superagonist showed minimal systemic exposure, with no detectable payload production in five tested human primary cell types.
