California Resources to sell Uinta Basin assets
California Resources Corp signed a deal to sell its Uinta Basin assets to an undisclosed buyer for about USD 90 million in cash.
The company said the sale reflects a portfolio shift toward its California operations and monetizes non-core assets acquired in the Berry merger.
