Calisa Acquisition’s GoodVision AI signs collaboration deals with TDTC, HOP Global in Texas
ALIS•GoodVision AI signed agreements with TDTC and HOP Global to expand AI inference infrastructure in Texas. The plans include a 2.4 MW project with a target of 15 MW and a pilot that could scale to 100 nodes, with estimated annual revenues of $210 million and $36 million, respectively.
1. Texas infrastructure plans
GoodVision AI signed collaboration agreements with Tokenomics Digital Tech Corp. and HOP Global Service to expand AI inference infrastructure in Texas. The TDTC project starts with 2.4 MW of confirmed power capacity and plans to scale to 15 MW within one year; GoodVision estimates the completed project could generate about $210 million in annual revenue. A separate HOP Global pilot would test RTX PRO 6000 inference clusters, with a potential expansion to 100 nodes, or about 5 MW, which GoodVision estimates could generate about $36 million in annual revenue.
