CALX•Calix showcased expanded AI capabilities for its Calix One platform at ConneXions 2026 in Las Vegas, attended by about 3,000 people.
1. AI platform features
Calix showcased expanded agentic workflows for growth opportunities, campaign automation and network monitoring. Subscriber Agent in CommandIQ lets customers manage home networks through requests, while Control Center for Agent Workforce provides role-specific insights and actions within provider-defined guardrails. Workflow Studio, coming soon, will extend automation into providers’ business systems without coding.
