Callan JMB forms Callan Power unit to manufacture transformers in Alabama

Callan JMB formed Callan Power as a wholly owned subsidiary to shift into domestic manufacturing of critical electrical infrastructure.

• Initial plan targets transformer production at the Atlas Complex in Alabama; future operations are planned at an Alabama State University-owned facility in Brewton.
• The strategy aims to ease transformer supply constraints, reduce foreign supply-chain exposure, and support grid modernization.
• The unit will leverage Coldchain Technology Services’ emergency power-management operations, built since 2009.
