Callan JMB names Michael Reger president of Callan Power

Callan JMB named Michael Reger president of new unit Callan Power, effective at closing of the Reger Oil asset acquisition.

Reger founded Northern Oil and Gas in 2006, led its buildout as a public energy company, and departed in 2019 as chairman emeritus.

Reger will lead Callan Power strategy spanning oil and gas development, grid reliability, energy resilience, and transformer manufacturing plans in Alabama.

Northern Oil and Gas is valued at about $2.9 billion.
