Calumet posted a GAAP net loss of $95.9 million, narrowing from $147.9 million a year earlier; GAAP loss per share improved to $1.09.

Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $159.3 million from $55.1 million; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA with tax attributes rose to $175.2 million from $76.5 million.
Specialty Products & Solutions non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA jumped to $161.7 million from $66.8 million, while Performance Brands slipped to $6.3 million from $13.5 million.
Management cited $163.6 million of non-cash RINs-related expense; Montana Renewables completed MaxSAF 150 phase one, retiring $115 million of debt in July.
