- Reaffirmed full-year Core FFO midpoint guidance of $6.75 per share; posted second-quarter Core FFO of $1.68 per share, $0.01 above midpoint.
- Leasing improved into July; second-quarter effective blended rent growth was -0.2%; management expected back-half blended growth just over 1%.
