Camp4 posted a net loss of $33.5 million for Q2 2026, widening from $12.6 million a year earlier.
R&D expense rose to $10.8 million from $10.3 million, while G&A edged up to $4.3 million from $4.2 million.
The loss widened due to a $20.9 million non-cash fair-value loss tied to a derivative tranche liability from its September 2025 private placement.
Cash position and clinical update
Cash and cash equivalents fell to $86.4 million at June 30 from $109.5 million at Dec. 31; the company added $50.1 million post-quarter.
Regulatory clearance in Australia and Argentina supports a first-in-human Phase 1/2 CMP-002 trial in SYNGAP1, with launch expected in Q4 2026.
