Camp4 Therapeutics closes second tranche of private placement, raises $50.1 million
CAMP•Proceeds to support CMP-002 development
The company said proceeds are earmarked to advance CMP-002 for SYNGAP1-related disorder, including a Phase 1/2 trial cleared in Australia.
The placement was led by Leerink Partners, with Piper Sandler, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Wedbush acting as co-placement agents. The securities were sold in an unregistered transaction, and investors received resale registration rights for shares underlying the pre-funded warrants.
Second tranche of private placement closed
Camp4 Therapeutics closed a second tranche of a previously announced private placement, raising $50.1 million in gross proceeds.
Issuance included 10,756,498 common shares at $1.53, 21,925,368 pre-funded warrants at $1.53, and 39,306 shares at $1.65.
