Campbell’s Q4 FY26 EPS turns to loss of $(0.23); net sales drop 8% to $2.14 billion

Full-year net sales decreased 5% to USD 9.74 billion; GAAP EPS fell 35% to USD 1.31.
The dividend was reset to USD 0.25 quarterly from USD 0.39. Campbell’s said FY2027 adjusted EPS is forecast at USD 1.65 to USD 1.80.
Fourth-quarter results and impairment charges
Campbell’s fourth-quarter net sales fell 8% to USD 2.14 billion, while GAAP EPS swung to a loss of USD 0.23.
GAAP EBIT slid to USD 4 million from USD 269 million, hit by USD 117 million in trademark impairments tied to Cape Cod and Kettle Brand.
Adjusted EBIT dropped 25% to USD 242 million; adjusted EPS declined 37% to USD 0.39.
