Canada August factory sales most likely up 1.1%
EWU•Canadian factory sales most likely rose 1.1% in August from July, driven largely by higher sales in the primary metal and chemical subsectors, Statistics Canada said in a flash estimate.

Factory sales most likely rose 1.1% month over month in August. The estimate was based on a weighted response rate of 73.9%, compared with a 12-month survey average of 92.4%; figures are seasonally adjusted.
