Canada Goose agreed to sell Canadian performance footwear brand Baffin to L.P. Royer.
The deal is expected to close in August, subject to customary closing conditions.
Canada Goose bought Baffin in 2018 to enter footwear, using its expertise as it built its own footwear capabilities.
The sale sharpens focus on the Canada Goose brand as it expands as a year-round lifestyle label, including footwear launched in 2021.
