Sept. 16 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose on Wednesday as oil prices and bond yields paused after a recent surge, while investors braced for a widely anticipated interest-rate hike from the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX Composite index .GSPTSE rose 0.46% to 35,746.90 points by 9:32 a.m. ET.
