Canada's Alamos Gold Q3 adjusted EPS misses estimates on lower Young-Davidson production
AGI•Alamos Gold reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.44, below the $0.58 analyst estimate, while revenue rose 10% year over year to $510.4 million but missed estimates. Record Island Gold District output offset lower Young-Davidson production, and the company maintained its 2026 production guidance of 510,000-560,000 ounces.
1. Quarterly results
Alamos Gold reported Q3 revenue of $510.4 million, up 10% year over year and below the $520.54 million estimate. Adjusted EPS was $0.44, missing the $0.58 estimate; net income was $165.6 million and free cash flow was $75.6 million.
2. Production and outlook
Record production, mining and milling rates at Island Gold District offset lower output at Young-Davidson, where lower mining rates and grades reduced production as previously guided. All-in sustaining costs rose from the prior quarter due to lower Young-Davidson production and higher sustaining capital at Island Gold District. Alamos expects Q4 production of 140,000-160,000 ounces, with lower costs, and maintained its full-year 2026 production guidance of 510,000-560,000 ounces.
