DIRTT Environmental Solutions reported third-quarter revenue growth of 19% year over year. Net income after tax was $17.12 million, including the benefit of a $13.1 million deferred tax asset recognition, and adjusted EBITDA rose to $6.5 million. Gross profit was $15.71 million and operating income was $4.38 million.
The company maintained its 2026 revenue guidance of $175 million to $185 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook of $21 million to $25 million, saying it expects to finish near the low end of both ranges. DIRTT said higher sales volumes and lower tariff costs helped improve gross profit margin, offsetting rising material costs; increased service revenue also contributed to revenue growth.
