Canadian analysts reportedly revise targets for Aritzia, Canadian Natural Resources and Imperial Oil
CNQ•Analysts reportedly revised ratings and price targets for several Canadian companies on Friday, including raising targets for Canadian Natural Resources to C$80 from C$75 and Imperial Oil to C$160 from C$150.
1. Selected target changes
CIBC raised its target price for Canadian Natural Resources to C$80 from C$75 and for Imperial Oil to C$160 from C$150. Aritzia received several changes: Canaccord Genuity raised its target to C$194 from C$189, while TD Cowen cut its target to C$175 from C$200.
2. Other analyst actions
The roundup also included target increases for companies such as Aecon Group, Air Canada’s target was cut by BMO to C$35 from C$37, and Stantec’s target was cut by Stifel to C$113 from C$140. National Bank of Canada initiated coverage of several mining companies, including Americas Gold and Silver with an outperform rating and a C$11 target.
