Canary Gold reports visible gold grains in 29 of 30 RC samples at Madeira River project in Brazil
GDX•Next steps
Next steps include whole-sample tests of about 40 RC intervals, followed by potential sonic drilling from September 2026 to estimate mg per cubic meter grades.
Gold grain size and mass distribution
Fine gold dominated by count, with 87.4% at 100 micrometers or less; five grains above 150 micrometers drove 44.1% of calculated mass.
The company said the results were semi-quantitative concentrate observations, not head grades, recovery results, or evidence of grade continuity beyond one hole.
Visible gold grains reported from RC samples
Canary Gold reported visible gold grains in gravity concentrates from 29 of 30 one-meter RC samples at its Madeira River project in Brazil.
ODM identified 190 grains; 82.1% were reshaped, consistent with transport in an alluvial sedimentary system at the Jaci Paraná target.
