Cannabis Bioscience International Holdings filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its annual report for the year ended May 31, 2026.
Management expects to file the Form 10-K within 15 calendar days of the original due date.
The filing delay was attributed to financial information that could not be analyzed and completed in time.
Loss from operations was estimated at about $375,000, versus $421,365 in the prior year.
Results remain subject to audit completion by the company’s independent registered accounting firm.
