Canopy Growth announces annual shareholder meeting notice and proxy statement

Canopy Growth will hold its annual general and special meeting via live audio webcast on Sept. 25, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors, appointing MNP as auditor, and an advisory say-on-pay resolution.

Other votes cover a potential share consolidation at a 1-for-5 to 1-for-15 ratio, plus adoption of an advance notice bylaw.

Shareholders will also vote on renewing the omnibus incentive plan, plus an advisory vote on the frequency of future say-on-pay votes.
