Canton Strategic Holdings adds Galvin, Carter, Nangalia to board after annual meeting

- Sean Galvin is a CPA and most recently served as chief administrative officer at Nearwater Capital. He previously was CFO at Virtu Financial and chief accounting officer at BGC Partners.
- Pamela L. Carter is a former Cummins executive, including service as general counsel and corporate secretary, and has public-company board experience at Enbridge and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
- Rishi Nangalia co-founded OPCO Advisory and previously founded REDI Technologies, an electronic trading software firm acquired by Thomson Reuters.
Board changes after annual meeting
Canton Strategic Holdings elected Sean Galvin, Pamela L. Carter, and Rishi Nangalia as directors, effective July 13, 2026.
They replace Sireesh Appajosyula, Vincent LoPriore, and Gary Stetz, who did not stand for re-election.
