Capital City Bank Group posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to common shareowners of $16.3 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, up from Q1.
Tax-equivalent net interest income rose to $44.2 million; net interest margin widened 11 basis points to 4.35%.
Noninterest income increased 3.3% to $20.6 million; noninterest expense climbed 3.1% to $42.6 million.
Provision for credit losses increased to $0.9 million; net charge-offs were 0.14% of average loans, with allowance coverage at 1.24%.
CEO William G. Smith, Jr. cited “strong” performance, with a focus on serving clients’ needs, risk management, and execution in the second half.
