Capital Southwest added RBC Capital Markets as a sales agent to its at-the-market equity program under a new equity distribution agreement dated Aug. 7, 2026.
The company can sell up to USD 2 billion of common stock in aggregate through the ATM program.
About USD 1.1 billion of capacity remained available for sale under the program as of Aug. 7, 2026.
