Capstone Energy+ appoints Brandon Schwertner to board

Capstone Energy+ appointed Brandon Schwertner as an independent director, effective October 26, 2026. Ping Fu stepped down from the board that day.

1. Board changes

Schwertner was designated by Monarch Alternative Capital under its strategic investment announced in March 2026. He was CEO of Priority Power Management from 2018 to 2026 and previously co-founded MP2 Energy.
