Cardiff Oncology reached a settlement with Nerviano Medical Sciences, amending their 2017 exclusive license for onvansertib.
The amendment expands the collaboration to support clinical development, targeting a global Phase 3 study in first-line RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer.
Litigation to be dismissed and governance rights updated
The parties agreed to mutual releases and plan to seek dismissal with prejudice of all claims in U.S. litigation.
The updated deal also clarifies and expands royalties, and grants Nerviano rights to appoint a board observer and join the scientific advisory board.
