Cardinal Health appointed Anita Zielinski as chief accounting officer, effective Nov. 5, 2026.
Mary Scherer will remain in the role until Nov. 5, 2026.
Zielinski joins as senior vice president, finance on Sept. 16.
She has served as interim CFO and senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller at Baxter since March 2026.
Earlier roles include CFO for Sysco’s US Foodservice Operations and senior vice president, chief accounting officer; she was an Ernst & Young assurance partner.
