Cardinal Health entered an unsecured credit agreement on Aug. 7, 2026, securing USD 4 billion of revolving credit through Aug. 7, 2031.
- Facility includes an option to extend the termination date by up to two years, subject to conditions.
- Revolver replaces a USD 2 billion five-year facility, a USD 1 billion 364-day facility, and a USD 1 billion committed receivables sale program.
- Financial covenant requires consolidated net leverage of no more than 4.00x at each fiscal quarter-end.
- Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
