Cardinal Infrastructure Group unit A.L. Grading Contractors won an about $40 million civil infrastructure contract for Walmart’s Carnesville, Georgia sorting facility.
The work covers a 164-acre site and includes:
- mass grading
- utility installation
- building pad preparation
- fine grading
- paving-related scope
Execution and acquisition context
The project is expected to be self-performed by ALGC with Allied Paving, a Cardinal acquisition expected to close in the fourth quarter.
