Cardiol Therapeutics to pay Noramco $2.4 million for raw materials order under supply deal amendment

Cardiol Therapeutics amended its exclusive supply agreement with Noramco to fund raw materials for 700 kg of API production.
- Cardiol will pay Noramco $1.2 million on Sept. 15, 2019, then $1.2 million by Nov. 30, 2019.
- The raw-material payments will be credited against future API purchases.
