CareDx granted newly appointed Executive Advisor James McNally 15,822 restricted stock units under its 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan.
The vesting schedule is 50% on Jan. 2, 2027 and the remaining 50% on July 2, 2027, subject to continued service.
