CareDx Q2 revenue beats estimates; outlook lifted

CareDx raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $490 million-$500 million from $447 million-$465 million. The company also lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $66 million-$78 million from $43 million-$57 million.
CareDx said future results will exclude the Lab Products segment after its divestiture.
Drivers of revenue growth
Testing Services growth was driven by ongoing adoption of molecular surveillance testing, favorable reimbursement, and increased testing activity across transplant programs.
Patient and Digital Solutions revenue rose due to continued growth in CareDx Pharmacy services and adoption of digital solutions for transplant monitoring.
CareDx recognized a full quarter of Lab Products revenue before divesting the segment at quarter end.
