CareDx Q3 revenue beats estimates on testing services growth; raises FY2026 outlook

It raised 2026 revenue guidance to $520 million-$530 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $90 million-$100 million.

CareDx’s third-quarter revenue rose 39% year over year to $139 million, beating the $120.61 million analyst consensus. Net income was $19 million and adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled year over year to $30 million. The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $520 million-$530 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook to $90 million-$100 million.
2. Service growth and launches
Testing Services revenue increased 65% to $119 million, including $12 million from Specialty Oncology and $15 million of prior-period revenue. Patient and Digital Solutions revenue rose 31%, mainly due to growth in CareDx Pharmacy services. CareDx plans a Q1 2027 commercial launch of AlloHeme and broader HistoMap Kidney availability in 2027.
