Caribou Biosciences will present findings for vispa-cel and CB-011 at the December 12-15, 2026, American Society of Hematology meeting. The presentations follow plans to explore strategic alternatives and discontinue both programs, citing the financing environment for allogeneic CAR-T therapies.

1. ASH presentations

Caribou Biosciences will present data on vispa-cel in the ANTLER study on December 14, describing multiyear complete remissions in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. A December 12 CaMMouflage presentation will describe deep, durable responses to CB-011 in heavily pretreated patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
