1. Quarterly results and outlook
On its October 28 earnings call, Carlisle CEO David Christian Koch, CFO Kevin Philip Zdimal and investor-relations chief Mehul Patel discussed third-quarter 2026 results. Adjusted EBITDA margin fell 210 basis points to 23.8% as raw material and freight inflation outpaced pricing, delaying price-cost parity by one quarter to year-end, assuming stable input costs. Carlisle forecast high-single-digit fourth-quarter revenue growth and flat year-over-year adjusted EBITDA margin, assuming no recovery in new construction.
