PEP• Carlsberg expands PepsiCo bottling partnership to Azerbaijan
- Carlsberg expanded its strategic partnership with PepsiCo to become the soft-drink bottler for Azerbaijan from Jan. 1, 2027.
- Carlsberg will take over production, sales, distribution of the PepsiCo soft-drinks portfolio in the market.
- Xirdalan brewery will be expanded to produce PepsiCo brands; the deal is expected to roughly double Carlsberg’s Azerbaijan business.
