Carlyle Q2 FY26 net income attributable to common stockholders drops to $137.1 million; revenue falls to $1.12 billion

Carlyle declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.35 a share, payable Aug. 26 to holders of record Aug. 17.
Q2 results
The Carlyle Group posted Q2 net income attributable to common stockholders of USD 137.1 million, or USD 0.37 a share, down from USD 319.7 million, or USD 0.87.
Revenue fell to USD 1.12 billion from USD 1.57 billion, while income before taxes slid to USD 273.8 million from USD 440.6 million.
Fees, investment income and capital returns
Incentive fees more than doubled to USD 98.9 million from USD 40.5 million, but investment income dropped to USD 113.9 million from USD 694 million.
Management highlighted record fee-related earnings, the highest distributable earnings in nearly four years, and nearly returned to clients.
