Carlyle posted Q4 post-tax distributable earnings per share of $1.01, in line with consensus and up from $0.92 in the prior year. Net income rose to $358.1 million from $210.9 million, with segment revenues up 15.1% to $1.09 billion and total expenses rising 16.1%.

2. AUM Growth

As of December 31, 2025, total assets under management reached $476.9 billion, an 8.1% increase year over year, while fee-earning AUM grew 10.6% to $336.8 billion. Segment fee revenues climbed 2.3% to $669.9 million, driven by higher management and performance fees.

3. Capital Returns

During the quarter, the company repurchased or withheld 3.8 million common shares for $204 million and maintained $0.2 billion available under its authorization. A quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share was declared, payable on February 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of February 16.
