Carnival Corporation donated 210 unserved meal portions from its Carnival Jubilee ship to the municipality of Roatán, marking the first contribution in Latin America under its Less Left Over program.

Since 2017, the Less Left Over meal donation initiative has expanded to 18 port destinations worldwide, delivering over 320,000 meal portions to communities facing food insecurity.

Isla Tropicale in Roatán represents a $93 million investment, has welcomed nearly 9 million visitors, generated about $750 million in economic impact, and supports over 1,300 local jobs tied to Carnival operations.
4. Food Waste Reduction Targets
The strategy has reduced per-person food waste by 47% since 2019, avoided more than $250 million in surplus food costs, and aims for a 50% cut in food waste per passenger by 2030.
