Carnival Q3 net income rises to $1.92 billion; revenue increases to $8.44 billion
CCL•Carnival reported third-quarter net income of $1.92 billion, up 4%, and revenue of $8.44 billion, up 3%. Diluted EPS rose to $1.40; customer deposits reached a record $7.6 billion.

Carnival posted net income attributable to shareholders of $1.92 billion for the three months ended Aug. 31, up 4%, while revenue increased 3% to $8.44 billion. Operating income slipped to $2.22 billion, and diluted EPS rose to $1.40 from $1.33. Customer deposits reached a third-quarter record of $7.6 billion, and 2027 booked occupancy and pricing were at record levels. Year to date, the company completed about $1.2 billion in share repurchases and paid $204 million in dividends during the quarter.
