CarParts.com Q2 net sales fell 10.7% to $135.6 million from a year earlier, as marketing spend was rationalized to improve profitability.
- Net loss narrowed to $3.2 million, or $0.43 per share, from $12.7 million, or $2.27 per share.
- Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, swung to a profit of $1.8 million from a loss of $3.1 million, the highest since Q3 2023.
Cash and financing
Cash totaled $38.2 million at quarter-end. The company also signed a new $25 million revolving credit facility, which remained undrawn.
Partnership and logistics update
The A-Premium partnership annualized run-rate revenue approached $50 million. The last-mile network delivered more than 3,000 packages, more than double the prior sequential period.
