Jenkins sold 63,750 shares at volume-weighted average prices ranging from $59.44 to $63.04 and exercised options for 63,750 shares at prices of $2.01, $8.41 and $10.39. He also disposed of 7,016 shares at $63.04 to cover taxes tied to restricted stock unit vesting.
