Cass Information Systems entered an independent contractor agreement with retiring executive Dwight Erdbruegger, effective Oct. 7 through Dec. 31, 2026. The company will pay him $150 per hour monthly for consulting services, and the agreement provides full vesting of 2,318 time-based restricted stock units granted under a Feb. 3, 2026 agreement.
